Stuart's Blog

For me, poetry can be a way of giving a snapshot of a thought process going on in my mind. There are many aspects to the issue and many subtle nuances to it all. Ultimately though, the finished edited version will not be a full and transparent insight, more a filtered Instagram type word image. That was the thinking behind this short poem titled “Pixels” Hope you like it.

Bright lens
Makes sense
Capture the moment
Real intense
Switch up the light
Make it real
Split second in time
So sublime

Let them see
How you feel
That shot there
Capturing air
Must be true
Pixels
